NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT

This is an agreement between you and CSSC-CWHI for the use of CSSC-CWHI related systems. Any use of the CSSC-CWHI service means to accept all terms of this agreement.

That during the using of systems there may be disclosed to me certain trade secrets of the CSSC-CWHI, said trade secrets consisting but not necessarily limited to:

1. Technical information: Methods, processes, formulae, compositions, systems, techniques, inventions, machines, computer programs and research projects.
2. Business information: Customer lists, pricing data, sources of supply, financial data and marketing, production, or merchandising systems or plans.

I agree that I shall not during, or at any time after the termination of the using of systems, use for myself or others, or disclose or divulge to others, any trade secrets, confidential information, or any other proprietary data of the systems in violation of this agreement. (End)

保密协议

本《协议》是您与CSSC-CWHI之间关于使用CSSC-CWHI相关系统所订立的协议。使用CSSC-CWHI的任何服务即表示接受本协议的全部条款。

在我使用系统期间可能知晓CSSC-CWHI的有关商业秘密，上述商业秘密包括但不限于：

1. 技术信息：方法，程序，公式，成分，系统，技巧，发明，设计，计算机程序和研究项目。
2. 商业信息：客户名单，价格资料，供应来源，财务数据和市场，生产或销售体系或计划。

我同意在我使用期间，或CSSC-CWHI终止授权后的任何时间，不得违背本协议的规定，将任何商业秘密、保密信息、或其他公司所有的资料为自己或他人使用，或披露给他人。(完)
